Is it possible to return an item?
Yes, unless the Owner has offered to collect the goods, the User is required to return them to the Owner or to another person authorised by the Owner to receive them without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he communicated his intention to withdraw from the contract. How does the refund work?
As soon as your return is processed and verified by the competent office we will refund you. Refunds for orders originally paid by cash on delivery or bank transfer are made by bank transfer within 15 working days.
