Course Overview

The New Soak Off technique is currently the most widely used in professional salons in Europe and is progressively
replacing builder gel overlays.

Thanks to its reinforcement, it can also be applied to longer and more fragile nails,
ensuring greater strength and durability, while fully respecting the natural health of the nail.

This technique allows the technician to work with more precision and achieve a
superior aesthetic result compared to classic gel polish.

The Nailover protocol, developed in 2014 and constantly updated every year,
integrates the most modern techniques and new products on the nail market.

Course Objectives – What You Will Learn

Theoretical Foundations

- Anatomy and physiology of the nail and cuticle area.

- Selection of soak-off, hybrid, and strengthening materials.

- How to choose the most suitable product based on nail type.

Combined Manicure / Dry Manicure

 - Correct use of the electric file (e-file) and selection of bits.

- Manual technique with scissors and nippers, combined with the e-file.

- Precise cleaning and finishing of the cuticle area.

- Nail plate preparation: dehydration, buffing, and primer.

 Strengthened Soak-Off Application

- Choosing the ideal soak-off base (builder or strengthening).

- Base/overlay application techniques for strengthening.

- Aligning and shaping the surface (without invasive filing).

- Subcuticular color application and top coat finish.

- Managing critical areas (sides and cuticle).

- Course cost: €250 (kit not included).

- Only Nailover products may be used during the course.

- Work will be performed on oneself: please arrive with no gel or semi-permanent polish on your nails.

- If the operator's nails are not suitable, you may bring a model.
